Job summary

Today’s Bank in Northwest Arkansas seeks a friendly Teller/CSR to handle routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and money orders, while cross-selling bank products and services.

You will provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers, assist in opening new accounts, verify changes, and monitor vault/ATM activity as part of a small team. Hours: M-F 7:45-6:15, Sat 7:45-12:15.

Qualifications

• Experience with routine financial transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and issue money orders/cashier's checks for customers.
• Monitor vault, reconcile ATM activity, and ensure accuracy of cash handling.
• Sell bank products and services to clients and assist in account openings/changes/closings.

The Teller/Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping clients of the bank with routine financial transactions. Their day-to-day duties include making deposits, handling withdrawals, and issuing money orders/cashier's checks to customers while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly services. The position may also perform other duties such as monitoring the safe deposit area, reconciling vault and ATM activity, and selling products/services of the bank. The position will also assist in opening new accounts, verifying changes to existing accounts, and closing accounts upon request.
