• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers checks, cash advances, stop payments, tax payments and wires.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems; answer questions about Bank products and services.
• Actively cross-sell Banks products and services.
• Signature verification and remote deposit capture review; assist Branch Manager as needed.
