Job summary

BankIowa is seeking a Client Servicing Teller in the Consumer department to provide attentive service to clients, process routine deposits, withdrawals, and wires, and support digital banking tools. You will greet customers by name, protect confidential information, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve inquiries and refer clients to the right specialists.

Ideal candidates will be bondable, able to lift light weights, and committed to compliance with bank policies and training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be bondable and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients by name in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
• Understand banking products and services to answer basic questions.
• Refer clients to appropriate personnel for deposits, loans and investments.
• Assist clients with digital banking products (online, mobile, telebanking).
• Process wires and client transactions accurately following Best Practices.
• Handle client calls with professional telephone etiquette.
• Adhere to BankIowa policies and compliance training.
