Qualifications

• 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, etc.).
• Balance cash drawer and process night drop deposits and other daily tasks.
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding cash and funds; maintain branch integrity.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and offer appropriate products/services.
• Support referral goals by identifying opportunities to refer basic bank products to business partners.
