Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Sales and relationship-building ability.
• Prior banking and cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Background checks (credit, criminal, employment, education) are conducted.
• A post-offer, pre-employment drug test is conducted.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and listen to their needs to build relationships.
• Process routine transactions and assist with financial questions.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to members.
• Process vault transactions, CDMs, coin machines, and ATMs.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance at end of shift.
