Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Sales and relationship-building ability.
• Prior banking and cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Background checks including credit, criminal, employment, and education are conducted; pre-employment drug test after offer.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide unsurpassed service as the face of Sun East FCU.
• Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments) and cross-sell products.
• Help process vault transactions, CDMs, coin machines, and ATMs; balance cash drawer daily.
