Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintains branch integrity with daily tasks (ATM balance, night drops, etc.).
• Mitigates risk by safekeeping money and prompt transfer of funds.
• Interacts with clients, anticipates needs, provides proactive solutions.
• Deepens knowledge of Columbia Bank products and services.
• Discusses customer needs to offer appropriate products and services.
• Supports referral goals by identifying and referring products to the right partners.
