Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to build relationships and identify opportunities to connect members with products and services.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a public-facing branch and use technology and digital banking tools.
• Teamwork and adaptability in a collaborative, relationship-focused branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen Member relationships through personalized service, proactive follow-up, and consultative financial conversations.
• Identify Member needs and recommend financial products and services that support financial goals and deepen Member relationships.
• Perform cash and non-cash transactions accurately while adhering to credit union procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Support account servicing and consumer lending activities, including loan applications, disbursements, and digital banking support.
• Collaborate effectively with branch team members and internal departments to resolve Member concerns, support operational success, and deliver exceptional Member experience.
