Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum six months of cash handling, retail, customer service, or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create welcoming member interactions while using technology and digital banking tools.
• Work is in a public-facing branch with standing, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen Member relationships through personalized service and proactive follow-up.
• Identify Member needs and recommend financial products and services.
• Perform cash and non-cash transactions accurately per procedures and audit standards.
• Support account servicing and consumer lending activities, including loan applications and digital banking support.
• Collaborate with branch team and internal departments to resolve Member concerns and deliver excellent service.
