Responsible for performing a variety of Bookkeeping and Teller transactions for customers in a professional, timely and efficient manner and according to established bank policies and procedures.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking services by performing all teller functions as well as the opening and servicing of deposit accounts.
• Processes customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism, while keeping a high level of customer service.
• Balances a teller drawer daily, balances the vault, coin machine, and ATM.
• Responsible for the completion of batching and scanning of teller work through the Teller Capture System.
• Answers calls, takes messages, provides customers with accurate information.
• Answers inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account transactions while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations, and consumer privacy policies.
• Open new accounts including checking, savings, and certificate of deposit (CDs).
