Job summary

The Savings Bank is seeking a Teller for our Wakefield Main Office to greet customers, process transactions, and support account maintenance, ensuring accurate daily balancing and an excellent customer experience.

Starting pay is $19.75 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:15am–4:15pm) and Saturday shifts (2+ per month, 8:15am–12:15pm). The Bank emphasizes community service, teamwork, and career growth within retail banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience with customer service, preferably including cash handling.

• Participates in Bank’s sales and referral programs.

We currently have a full-time opportunity in our Wakefield, Main Office Branch to join our retail banking team, assisting customers with their banking needs. GENERAL SUMMARY

A Teller greets visitors in our branches and creates an excellent customer experience for those with financial needs.This position participates in daily branch operations and assists with customer transaction processing, reporting, and account maintenance. WEEKLY BRANCH SCHEDULE

Starting Pay: $19.75/Hr

The hourly raterepresents an estimate based on market data for this position. Final compensation decisions are made based on experience, skills, and internal equity to ensure fairness and consistency across our organization.
