Job summary

First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard is seeking a full-time teller in Sioux Falls, SD. You will handle customer cash transactions with confidentiality and accuracy, while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, balancing the cash drawer daily, branch opening/closing, reviewing accounts, and assisting customers with questions using internal systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills, cash handling, customer service and/or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions promptly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and understand features of First PREMIER Bank’s products and services.
• Review account information and help customers with questions using internal systems.
• Perform branch opening and closing duties independently.
• Manage cash drawer and balance daily according to teller standards.
• Maintain daily and monthly reports (e.g., Teller Difference, Mail/Instrument Counts).
