First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to support branch customers with sales and transactional banking needs.

You will assist in opening/closing accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and providing tailored financial solutions while maintaining confidentiality. The role emphasizes accuracy, sales awareness, and strong interpersonal communication to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or banking experience is required.
• Basic computer skills, cash handling, and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a strong attention to detail.

Work closely with customers to determine their banking needs and provide individualized service and financial banking solutions through a variety of products.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilities include the following.
