Job summary

Blaze Credit Union is hiring a Teller at our Vadnais Heights branch. You will engage with members, process transactions, and educate them on our financial services with accuracy and professionalism.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid over one year) and, for candidates with Fiserv DNA experience, a $5,500 sign-on bonus (paid over two years). This full-time role requires strong customer service and cash handling skills and supports growth within the branch network.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, listen to them and understand their situations.
• Educate members on Blaze products and services.

Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year. Candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for a $5,500 sign-on bonus, paid over two years.

What You Will Do:

• Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
• Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
• Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism

Your Schedule:

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $21.00 -$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
