Job summary

Blaze Credit Union in Minneapolis North is seeking a Teller to assist members with transactions, answer questions, and promote Blaze products. You will deliver accurate deposits and withdrawals while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and one year of customer service and cash handling experience. It is a full-time position with a 40-hour week, including rotating Saturdays, and a competitive benefits package.

Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our Minneapolis North branch. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year. Candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for a $5,500 sign-on bonus, paid over two years.

Your Schedule:

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

The salary range for this position is: $21.00 -$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
