Job summary

Blaze Credit Union in Maple Grove is seeking a Teller to serve members, process transactions, and promote financial services. You will be part of a diverse team dedicated to helping members meet their financial goals while fostering career growth and community involvement.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating Saturdays. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus benefits and a sign-on bonus program as described.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Previous financial services experience is a plus.

Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our Maple Grove branch. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year. Candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for a $5,500 sign-on bonus, paid over two years.

Your Schedule:

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

The salary range for this position is: $21.00 -$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
