Blaze Credit Union in Minneapolis North seeks a Float Teller to assist at multiple metro branches. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while educating members on Blaze services and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Minneapolis North branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at other branches which includes all of our metro branches. Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year. Candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for a $5,500 sign-on bonus, paid over two years.

Your Schedule:

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $21.00 -$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
