We are seeking an outgoing and motivated 'roving' Teller to join our team. This full-time position will be based in our Nampa location and will 'rove' between our four Bank of Idaho locations in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa as needed.

About The Role

Our Tellers are responsible for accurately handling cash, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. Regular attendance and flexibility to travel between branches are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and verifying deposits, cash checks, and processing withdrawals
• Identifying counterfeit currency and maintaining security procedures
• Answering customer inquiries and cross-selling bank products
• Balancing cash drawer daily and maintaining accurate logs
• Following all bank policies, procedures, and legal regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technology skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Jack Henry systems
• Cash handling experience

What We Offer: Competitive salary starting at $16.25+ DOE, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and holidays. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM, with nights and major holidays off.
