Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a teller to handle cash and other transactions, balancing tills and serving customers in lobby or drive-thru. You will identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to the right specialists.

The role includes fraud awareness, policy compliance, and representing Wintrust's culture. Flexibility across shifts including Saturdays is required, with travel between branches possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in cash handling or customer service.
• High school degree or GED is required.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00-$21.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
