Wintrust Financial Corporation in Frankfort, IL is seeking a Part-Time Teller to assist customers with transactions in our lobby or drive-up. You will balance cash, handle a variety of transactions, and support cross-sell opportunities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

Position: Part-Time Teller at Wintrust.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions (check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, etc.) and accurately balance these transactions.
• Operate a teller drawer to serve customers and bank personnel in lobby or drive-up.
• Recognize potential cross-sell opportunities and direct customers to appropriate bank personnel.
• Develop skills to recognize potential fraud and report to management as necessary.
• Comply with all department, bank and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Uphold established Wintrust culture.
• May be responsible for bank opening/closing and may be required to participate in community events.

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00-21.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
