Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation in Barrington, IL seeks a Teller to process a variety of financial transactions, balance drawers, and serve customers in lobby or drive-thru.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, monitor for potential fraud, and ensure compliance with policies while upholding Wintrust culture. Some travel between branches and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience in cash handling or customer service
• High school degree or GED required
• Travel between branches may be necessary
• Must be available to work all shifts including Saturdays
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00-$21.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
