Location: City Wauwatosa | Category: Teller | FTE: 1 | Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm (including Wednesdays for team updates), and 6 Saturdays per quarter 8:30am-1:30pm | Salary Grade: 5 | Min USD $19.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

A typical day as a Teller may include:

• Welcoming and assisting members at the Wauwatosa branch, representing UW Credit Union.
• Striving to meet performance goals aligned with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Maintaining a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
• Following UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Investigating potential errors in Teller transactions and communicating with affected members.
• Building relationships with members, understanding their needs, offering recommendations, and making referrals when appropriate.
• Looking for ways to exceed members’ expectations.
• Working with your branch team to address Member and Branch Needs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of prior experience in customer service or related fields.
