Summary

Responsible for coordinating branch activities, performing administrative duties, resolving problems, and actively cross-selling bank products and services. Supports and demonstrates customer service standards and acts in a supervisory capacity in the absence of the Branch Manager. Some Lead Tellers are assigned as Area Lead Tellers supporting multiple branches.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Disseminate operational updates to branch personnel.
2. Serve customers professionally and courteously, ensuring prompt teller functions.
3. Maintain adherence to customer service standards with internal and external customers.
4. Handle inquiries regarding bank policies and procedures, research and resolve issues.
5. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient operation.
