Air Mobility Command is seeking a first-level supervisor for the Resources Branch (A3PR) to plan, direct, and organize resources and related programs within AMC, Directorate of Operations. You will supervise nonsupervisory staff and coordinate with various staff functions to meet customer needs.

The role includes delivering briefings and strategy sessions, with a focus on regulatory compliance, and requires a Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance. Telework eligibility is noted.

Responsabilités

• Plans, organizes, and directs the Resources Branch (A3PR) activities, ensuring planning, programming of resources, services acquisitions, and related programs comply with legal/regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
• Exercising supervisory personnel management responsibilities and representing the Directorate/Branch with installation and functional area organizations.
• Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions to secure cooperation and convey information about proposed changes.
