Job summary

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency seeks an experienced Information Technology Specialist (PLCYPLN) to provide guidance across IT functions. The incumbent will lead teams in policy, planning, security, and resource management to support DoD and IC missions.

The role emphasizes cloud-native development, AI/ML/NLP testing, and alignment with DoD/DCSA standards. Five openings are listed with a Top Secret clearance requirement and telework eligibility.

Qualifications

• Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

Responsibilities

• Leads teams in strategic planning, capital planning and investment control, workforce planning, policy and standards development, resource management, knowledge management, auditing and information security management functions.
• Plans, develops, tests and secures AI/ML/NLP uses with Agile and Rapid Prototyping methodologies.
• Reviews proposals affecting application development and configuration approaches for DoD and IC initiatives; liaises with technical experts and senior staff.
• Ensures proposals comply with DoD and DCSA interoperability and architecture standards within acquisition timeframes.
