Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect with an AI focus to design secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS/Azure for the DHS ICE OSDSS program. This is a remote, full-time role requiring a DHS Public Trust clearance.

You will lead AI integration in cloud environments, optimize costs, and guide SecDevOps pipelines while collaborating with development teams and the client to align roadmaps and timelines.

Qualifications

POSITION INFORMATION: Full time

LOCATION: Remote

POSITION TIMING: Candidate must obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance, which typically takes 4 to 6+ weeks to process. Clearance must be fully granted before starting on the program.

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect with expertise in Azure and/or AWS to support the DHS ICE OSDSS program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure design, AI integration, and SecDevOps environments, acting as a trusted advisor to both development teams and the client.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS/Azure to support development teams.


• Architect and optimize overall cloud environments, ensuring compliance, performance, and long-term sustainability.


• Provide expert-level guidance for the integration and deployment of AI solutions in cloud environments.


• Lead efforts to integrate and migrate new tools, platforms, and services into existing SecDevOps pipelines.


• Optimize cloud spend, including VM burn time, right-sizing resources, and eliminating unused VMs.


• Deliver third-tier support for outages and complex system issues.


• Act as a strategic advisor to both the client and development teams regarding cloud services, integration timelines, and product roadmaps.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect/Solutions Architect in AWS, Azure, or both; strong preference towards Azure


• Hands-on experience designing and supporting AI/ML solutions in the cloud.


• Strong background in SecDevOps and/or CI/CD integration within cloud environments.


• Expertise in cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.

DESIRED

• Cloud certifications, strongly preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This role is performed in a remote work environment.
