The Defense Security Cooperation Agency seeks an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (OPERATIONS & SECURITY) to provide senior IT leadership for the OC delegation, directing planning, programming, budgeting, and execution to resource global IT needs.

You will apply advanced cybersecurity concepts, validate architectures and cloud initiatives against DoW standards, lead cross‑functional teams to modernize legacy systems, and manage SLAs and financial analyses to sustain mission readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical authority for IT operations & security.
• Lead Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes to resource IT portfolios.
• Apply in-depth cybersecurity knowledge to align architectures and cloud initiatives with DoW frameworks.
• Monitor IT funds, perform cost-benefit analyses, and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Negotiate SLAs and measure service delivery across operations.
