DCSA Acquisition and Technology is seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist. The incumbent will provide support, guidance, and expertise in various Information Technology (IT) functions. Key Responsibilities

As a Information Technology Specialist (PLCYPLN) you will be responsible for the following duties: Leads teams in strategic planning, capital planning and investment control, workforce planning, policy and standards development, resource management, knowledge management, auditing and information security management functions.

Identifies and incorporates new concepts and ideas for cloud native application development and low code configuration in achieving particular missions and goals, technological trends and significant advancements in operational and mission analysis. Plans, develops, schedules, and tests secure use of artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML)/natural language processing (NLP) using established standards to include Agile and Rapid Prototyping methodologies.

Reviews and evaluates proposals affecting application development and configuration approaches for PEO initiatives. Provides liaison as needed with technical experts and Seniors from the PEO, DCSA, Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Other Government Agencies (OGA) and industry.

Ensures proposals are submitted appropriately and comply with DoD and DCSA interoperability and architecture standards and certified within a timeframe for acquisition processes to be accomplished within time constraints.

The Office Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security established a Targeted Local Market Supplement (TLMS) for certain Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Cyber positions within the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System. Eligibility for the TLMS is based on cyber work roles within certain occupational series and on the work performed.

This vacancy is designated as a STEM and/or Cyber position and pay for the incumbent will be based on the STEM and Cyber Pay Table.
