Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, and supervise nonsupervisory staff in AFPC Talent Acquisition Section.
• Develop long-range plans, goals, and procedures to support AF objectives.
• Oversee performance standards, feedback, and awards, and address performance issues.
• Establish relationships with internal and external customers and coordinate with AFPC Directorates.
• Evaluate reports and metrics and prepare detailed responses.
• Plan and implement the Talent Acquisition Section quality and self-evaluation program.
