Thriveworks in Allentown, PA is seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our telemedicine-enabled team. The role requires state licensure, prescriptive authority, and PMHNP certification, with typical compensation in the $130,000–$187,000 range based on 25–35 clinical hours per week.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with board certification
• Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority in the practicing state
• Understanding of EMR systems (AdvancedMD) a plus
• Minimum experience in psychiatry practice; clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine
• Treat patients aged 14+ and work at least 1 day per week in the office
• Prescribe medications as appropriate within clinical guidelines
• Develop and adjust care plans with clients and families
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools per Clinical Practice Guidelines
• Collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors and staff across sites
