Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Bethlehem, PA to deliver compassionate psychiatric care via telemedicine and in-person visits. You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat adults and adolescents while collaborating on comprehensive care plans.

This fee-for-service W2 role pays $130,000–$187,000 per year, based on 25–35 clinical hours weekly, with a robust benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with board certification.
• MSN with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• Experience in psychiatry and telemedicine is preferred.
• Familiarity with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• Must be licensed and reside in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14 and up.
• Attend office at least 1 day per week.
• Prescribe medications as needed to reduce symptoms.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete documentation and assessment tools.
• Follow Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff.
