• Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and route customer requests to appropriate departments/personnel, following established policies and procedures.
• Support a 24x7 environment including working on weekends, holidays, evenings, midnights, and extended shifts if relief is not available.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $34.87 - $47.17. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
