Berkley Medical Management Solutions (BMMS) is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to assess, plan, coordinate, and monitor medical care to facilitate timely return-to-work outcomes for injured workers. You will work with employers, adjusters, and physicians to ensure cost‑effective, quality care.

The role requires RN licensure with 2+ years in workers’ compensation, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of workers' compensation insurance and medical case management experience preferred.
• Ability to work Pacific Standard Time business hours.
• Spanish and English fluency a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and implement options to facilitate timely medical care and return‑to‑work outcomes.
• Coordinate medical case management to facilitate case closure.
• Communicate with employers, adjusters and injured workers.
• Review medical records and data to ensure proper case progress toward closure.
• Maintain caseloads across varying numbers and jurisdictions.
• Obtain and maintain nursing licensure in applicable states.
