Insight Global seeks a Telephonic Insurance Case Manager (RN) to guide injured employees through recovery and return-to-work from a remote setting in Arizona, with potential onsite days near Scottsdale.

This permanent, full-time role offers up to $90,000 annually. Qualified candidates will hold a CA RN license (or eligible), a BSN, 8+ years nursing, 3+ years case management, and CCM or eligibility within 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• California RN license or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 3+ years of case management experience.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation, utilization review and return-to-work.
• CCM certification or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate medical care plans for injured employees.
• Ensure treatment plans are medically appropriate, cost-effective and support timely recovery.
• Partner with providers, claims adjusters, employers and other stakeholders.
• Document case activity and treatment progress.
• Support claim resolution and return-to-work initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Insight Global is seeking a Telephonic Insurance Case Manager (RN) to join a growing and well-established organization focused on helping injured employees navigate their recovery and return-to-work journey. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering the flexibility of remote work within Arizona and the chance to make a meaningful impact through clinical case management.

Location: Remote in Arizona (*Candidates within one hour of Scottsdale may be asked to work onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Salary: Up to $90,000 annually

What You'll Do
