Fora seeks a Telephone Operator/General Clerk 3 to support a hospital switchboard, routing callers to the appropriate resources and departments.
You will respond to all calls using Cisco Finesse via WebEx, record messages, and uphold Fora's standards of professional, courteous service while following emergency protocols and safety policies.
The position is part-time, 32 hours weekly with an evening schedule (Mon–Thu, 4:00pm–12:00am) on-site.

As part of a team providing 24/7 coverage to a hospital switchboard the Telephone Operator/General Clerk 3 links external and internal callers to the appropriate resources.
Respond to all incoming calls and internal communications using Cisco Finesse via WebEx.
Serve as a resource to the caller, determine the nature of the call and direct to the appropriate department.
Implement specific protocol for handling emergencies and other notifications. Execute, respond and monitor all critical and emergency codes.
Record and transmit messages; keep records of calls placed; provide information to callers.
Represent Fora professionally, maintaining courteous and respectful communication.
Participate in supervision meetings, training, and required safety programs.
Follow all policies outlined in the site Procedures Manual and Fora's Employee Handbook.
Maintain a workplace free of harassment, discrimination, and unsafe conditions.
