Job summary

CVS Health Telepharmacy Remote Dispensing Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Telepharmacy Technician to support daily operations with Pharmacist oversight. This part-time role emphasizes accuracy, patient service, and SOP adherence across remote stores, drive-thru pickups, and immunization support where allowed.

The ideal candidate has national certification (PTCB or ExCPT), at least one year of pharmacy tech experience, and a commitment to safety, privacy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements and licensure rules.
• National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
• 1+ years full-time Pharmacy Technician experience preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily pharmacy operations with Pharmacist oversight.
• Follow SOPs and ensure patient safety in all tasks.
• Assist with controlled substances handling and inventory management.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
• Mentor onboarding and training of new Telepharmacy Technicians.
