Responsibilities

• Enter and process prescription orders under pharmacist supervision.
• Prepare and label medications for dispensing per telepharmacy protocols.
• Assist verification processes by coordinating with supervising pharmacists.
• Manage prescription adjudication, including insurance billing and claim resolution.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA confidentiality.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.
• Communicate with patients via phone or digital platforms to provide service.
• Identify and escalate medication-related concerns to the pharmacist.
