Qualifications

• Must be a Nursing Assistant capable of ADLs and routine nursing tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and care team.
• Ability to recognize emergent patient care situations and respond.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities of daily living and a range of care per patient plan.
• Document care, observations and responses in charting tools.
• Monitor intake/output and report deviations timely to nursing staff.
• Provide tracheostomy care and suctioning as needed.
• Assist in clinical settings across inpatient, outpatient, home or CLC.
