Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, mobility, positioning).
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions in EMR.
• Perform purposeful rounding and communicate patient needs to the care team.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges with patient-focused service.
• Collect specimens and point-of-care testing accurately.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe patient care environments.
• Assist with patient transport, nutrition, and skin integrity care.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols at all times.
• Provide age-appropriate, compassionate care across diverse patient populations.

Job Description

Provides assistance to the nursing staff by rendering specific treatments in addition to basic nursing care to assigned patients. Delivers direct and indirect care following physician and nursing orders to achieve the highest standards of age/developmental specific care.
