Qualifications

• Experience with ventilated patients and tracheostomy management is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required.
• Floating between units (including med-surg) is required.
• First-time applicants are welcome.
• On-call is not required.
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend.
• Must start ASAP.
• Local radius is 50 miles; local rate applies.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care with 1:4 patient ratio.
• Float between similar units as needed, including med-surg.
• Coordinate care and monitor patient status in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow manager's scheduling discretion for block shifts.
