The position requires an active RN license in North Carolina, a BSN, BLS certification, and leadership experience. Sign‑on bonuses may be available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• At least 6 months of RN experience; minimum 2 years preferred.
• BSN required; if no BSN, enrollment within 1 year and completion within 3 years.
• Appropriate professional certification within 1 year of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
