Job summary

Atrium Health Mercy (4 North Cardiac Medical Telemetry) in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7pm–7am). The 4 North unit specializes in cardiac telemetry care for adults, with a schedule that includes alternating weekends and two Monday/Friday shifts per six-week cycle.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
1 year of inpatient nursing experience preferred.
At least 6 months required experience outside the New Grad residency program

Responsibilities

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum
