Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking an RN for Unit A in Lexington Medical Surgical & Telemetry. The Medical-Surgical unit supports adult patients with diverse medical needs, including telemetry monitoring, in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

The RN will provide and coordinate care using the nursing process, guided by evidence-based practice, to ensure safety and excellent patient experiences across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of North Carolina.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• Less than 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care following established standards and procedures.
