Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln is seeking an RN for the Telemetry/Progressive unit. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week across three twelve-hour shifts (1900–0700) on a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, and collaboration with physicians, therapists, and staff to deliver high-quality patient care. RN licenses and ongoing education are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state of North Carolina or multi-state license.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care while engaging patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintains a culture of safety and adheres to clinical protocols.
• Floats to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Maintains accurate, timely electronic health record documentation.
• Supports professional development and maintains required certifications.
