Job summary

Advocate Health’s Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced Progressive Care setting. You will apply nursing process, monitor telemetry, titrate cardiac drips, and collaborate with the cardiology team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

This role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in North Carolina, with BLS certification; ACLS is recommended within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.
• RN license issued by the state where the teammate practices is required.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers is required.
• ACLS recommended within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Coordinate care and communicate with cardiology team to ensure the best patient experience and outcomes.
