Job summary

Atrium Health Cleveland is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care unit in Shelby, NC. The RN will deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, monitor telemetry, and collaborate with physicians to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in North Carolina, and BLS; ACLS is recommended within 6 months of hire. Weekend and holiday coverage is required, with a 36-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS recommended within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Maintain and monitor telemetry as part of patient care and safety.
