St. Rose Hospital in Hayward, CA seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for the Night (NOC) shift. The role carries an approximate pay range of $60.64 - $90.22 per hour under general supervision, with accountability for a group of patients during designated times.

The RN provides care aligned with hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Required licenses/certifications include CA RN, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; wound care certification preferred.

Formación

• Current California RN license required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
• Wound Care Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and plan patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide safe therapeutic care with the health care team.
• Supervise and delegate care to team members as appropriate.
• Document effectiveness and revise plans as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and hospital standards.
