Job summary

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• BSN preferred but not required for all units.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be needed by unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care per hospital policies and evidence-based practice.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor responses.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and staff training.
• Float or be assigned to units based on needs.
