Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for 12-hour shifts in Hemet, CA. The role supports direct and indirect patient care in various units, aligned with physicians and care plans.

This per diem position requires a California RN license and BLS, with potential ACLS/PALS/NRP depending on unit assignment. New graduates are welcome for non-specialty units; specialty units require at least one year of acute care RN experience.

Qualifications

• ADN required or completion of an accredited RN program.
• BSN preferred.
• Non-Specialty Units: no minimum experience; new grads welcome.
• Specialty Units (ICU, ER, OR, L&D, etc.): min 1 year acute care RN experience.
• Current California RN license – required; BLS – required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, Basic Arrhythmia, or Fetal Heart Monitoring may be required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care per hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and staff training.
• Float to units as needed based on patient care needs.
