Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care according to policies.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, in-service education, and staff training.
• Float or be assigned to units based on care needs.
